The demographic we market to are a different breed to the generations that followed. They are generally an honorable and trustworthy generation.
Whenever we receive a call from elderly folk requesting John Sidney's music we put their order in the post immediately as we know they will pay, they always do. We have never had a client from that demographic that hasn't put their payment in the post immediately after placing their order or immediately upon receiving their order. Hence Barbara's comment re trust .
I thoroughly enjoy my interaction with elderly folk, (mind you, I guess I'm not that far behind them at 62!)
