If you submit an order, mailing list entry or enter the CD GIVEAWAY draw and don't receive our associated auto-generated e-mail messages within a reasonably short time after submitting, try re-submitting, double checking you entered your email address correctly. You would be surprised how many incorrect email addresses we receive, usually typos. Some we were able to figure out the error, but I lot we couldn't.
After re-submitting your order, mailing list entry or CD GIVEAWAY COMPETITION entry and you still don't receive our associated auto-generated e-mail messages, or hear from us personally within a reasonably short time after submitting, or if you experience any other problems during execution, please contact me at my personal email address, firstname.lastname@example.org . Not receiving the confirmation email shortly after submitting any of the above means we most probably didn't received it here either.
In the past, from time to time, more particularly after changes or revisions to our site have been made, we have experienced some problems with some features of our site not working properly. These problems are usually fixed in a relatively short time after the changes have been made. We apologize for any inconvenience this could have caused however it is something that was completely out of our control. Our ISP assures us they work to fix a problem as quickly as they possibly can.
We are grateful to those who have persisted and/or drawn our attention to any problems they have experienced. Without this information it could take some time before we discover we have a problem.
